  We ordered trees from Edra for our spring sales up here in PA and was required to send our whole payment in prior to ship. The trees we received were not what we ordered - small and of very poor quaity. Edra with not answer the phone other than text message. We would like a total refund on our order and have it picked-up from our nursery.
